3. Description of Service

GetProStudio provides an AI-powered service that transforms personal photographs into professional headshots. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated professional headshots from uploaded photos
• Multiple photography styles (Lifestyle, Environmental, Fine Art, Editorial/Fashion, Minimalist)
• Clothing suggestion generation
• Headshot refinement and editing capabilities
• Photo album creation and download functionality

4. Credit System and Payments

Credit-Based System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Generation Credits: Required to create new headshots from uploaded photos
• Edit Credits: Required to refine or modify existing generated headshots
• New users receive 3 free generation credits upon registration

Pricing

Credit packages are available for one-time purchase:

• Starter Pack ($9): 10 Generation Credits + 5 Edit Credits
• Pro Pack ($19): 25 Generation Credits + 15 Edit Credits
• Studio Pack ($39): 60 Generation Credits + 40 Edit Credits

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any credit purchases or unused credits. This policy is due to the immediate digital delivery of credits and the computational costs associated with AI processing. Please carefully consider your credit needs before making a purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

Photo Upload Requirements

When uploading photos to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the uploaded images or have explicit permission to use them
• The images contain only yourself or individuals who have provided consent for AI processing
• The images do not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• You are the person depicted in the photos or have authorization from the depicted person(s)

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service for:

• Creating deepfakes or misleading content
• Impersonating others without their consent
• Generating content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Creating discriminatory, harmful, or offensive content
• Political campaigning or partisan content
• Any illegal or unauthorized purposes

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload to our Service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing our Service.

Generated Content

You own the AI-generated headshots created from your uploaded photos. However, you acknowledge that:

• Generated content is created using artificial intelligence and may have limitations
• Similar or identical results may be generated for other users using comparable inputs
• We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction with generated content
• Processing times may vary based on system load and complexity

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
